  Mina Asadirad
offers more than 23 years experience as a floral designer, shop operations manager, consultant,
and teacher. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and “hands-on” skills to her students.
Her designs are seen in fashion shows, charities, and
design
shows throughout the Los Angeles and Orange county areas. Recently, she was awarded
“The Peoples Choice Award” by the California State Floral Association
at their annual Top 10
Competition. As well as constantly refining her craft, she has also developed her own annual
Student
Design Contest that is now in its tenth year. This event has helped hundreds of students demonstrate
what they have learned and has proved to be sound resume material for those seeking a career in this
billion-dollar industry.
